Írjon visszajelzéstTerrible service! Rude and slow. Food wasn't as ordered. The guy that took our order acted like we were bothering him. We ordered two salads and a burger combo meal. Both of the salads were wrong and the extras we added to the salads weren't there.They also got the burger wrong and we waited 20 minutes and there was no one ahead of us. We were the only people in the diningroom and still waited 20 minutes. They were so unbelievably rude. Drive down the street and go to a different location. I preferthe Wendy's on 348 N Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661. Avoid the grief and drive 5 minutes to the other location.
Not a bad location. Could have been better. It took about 30 minutes to get to the order speaker to order. This could be due to minimal staffing but unsure. Food was good but you will be waiting a while
The owner and management leave much to be desired. Their primary responsibility is straightforward: prevent understaffing. Unfortunately, today both the drive-thru and dining room closed early due to a lack of staff. To the owners: consider offering better pay and allowing employees to take on more hours. And to management: please establish more consistent schedules, cover shifts when someone is sick, and schedule additional staff to avoid being underprepared when absences occur.
I really enjoy the Baconater, but I find the price to be quite steep. Paying $13.00 for a Baconater and a Son of Baconater, without a drink or fries, feels way too expensive for my budget.
The staff at the window tonight were incredibly friendly, efficient, and delightful. They really made our evening with their bright personalities. The food was fresh, quick, and delicious. This is our favorite spot thanks to Wendy. Thank you for being so fantastic—you guys are amazing!
