Rib House - Roskilde

We were shown to a table, ordered our food and waited quite some time for it. Food was delivered to people at the next table who had arrived a long time after we did. These people started eating this food immediately . The only problem was that they were given our food. There were 3 of us and 4 of them. We had ordered 2 ribs and 1 fish meal. When the people at that table did not want the fish meal the manageress realised they had made a mistake and delivered our meals in error to that table. What was surprising was that she was very dismissive to us and said that those people had the same table number as we did and that new plates of food for us would take about 2 minutes to prepare and walked away. We waited a VERY long '2 minutes ' for our food. In addition, this manager went a bit later to speak to the people at the next table and they were all laughing about the situation thinking we did not understand what they were saying. Altogether a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING OF THE POOR DELIVERY OF OUR MEAL and a most unpleasant service experience received from a most unpleasant manager. The rib and fish meals were tasty.

Great, huge portion of ribs, with nice salad bar. The regular portion was too big for me to finish, so don't order the large ribs, unless you have a huge appetite. Service was very fast and courteous. Seemed like good value for the money.

Food was good, but they ripped us off by giving us a 50 DKK bill which is no longer in course and we cannot use anywhere else.

Get salmone with asparagus and tomatoes. Vert tasty and well cooked. For the Little children there Is a dedicated menu with wide choice.

This place is making some of the best ribs. The meat is well prepared, tender and served with additional very tasty barbecue sauce. My son and I had a great meal and some quality time. And of course all-you-can-eat ice cream for dessert. Service was okay. I could have wished for a bit more attention at the table as we ran out of drinks. Besides that good and fast service at busy hours. Absolutely recommendable.
