Dolci Manie - ROSSANO VENETO

I found this pastry shop looking on maps. I have to say overall not bad, although based on the photos I was expecting something more. The choice of pastries is very wide and this is a plus. All the staff were very courteous and helpful, so another super positive note about this place. I really liked the environment, even the layout of the tables, but there was a bit of atmosphere missing. To make it more welcoming I would enrich the interiors, especially in this period when you can play with the various Christmas decorations. Moving on to the main part, the desserts, I think they were good but very basic, simple... let me explain. A tiramisu is a very simple dessert in itself, classic, but if made to perfection, or revisited even just with a different ingredient, it can become heavenly. And the same goes for a simple cream filling (for cream puffs, cannons, etc. Well, it's this touch that was missing for me. Let's say that as a home-made pastry shop it is perfect, but from the photos it looks like something very different, a gourmet pastry shop. I thought I would also find other desserts, like the sort of small cakes covered in shiny ganache that you see in the photos, which is why I came here. In summary, if you don't have any particular needs, this is an excellent pastry shop for an everyday breakfast.

We stopped to drink a cappuccino and some mignon. The pastry shop is good and the atmosphere welcoming. But the cappuccino was a caffe latte with unwhipped foam since the milk was lukewarm. I would have gladly paid for it if it had been a cappuccino. More attention to details that are important

Excellent campsite for those who practice sea sports and more (you can go on some wonderful cycling excursions). Nothing is missing. Clean and complete with all services. I'll be back.

Ice cream and very good, however, when there are many people disorganized in the fast service there should be more waiters in the peak time.
