Happy Valley - Rossendale

Our family group of seven was staying in the Bacup area, so decided to try a takeaway from Happy Valley. We based our order on a set meal for five, with a number of extra and vegetarian dishes. We love our Chinese food so really do know what is good or otherwise. This was good! Every dish was hot, generous and tasty, and we were particularly impressed with the quality and quantity of meats in the various dishes. We were also impressed with the friendly and accommodating service. In other words, we were really satisfied and would thoroughly recommend Happy Valley!

Ordered a take away of Chicken in Black Bean Sauce half Rice/half chips. Was more crunchy onions in a bland sauce with okay chicken pieces. All bland Rice not a chip in sight. Had salt pepper ribs to start not good, deep fried and hardly any ribs! Not worth the price most of it ended up in the bin!

My 'Go To ' for when I need a quick meal with no hassle. Whether it 's 'Chips with .... ' or something Chinese, this the place in Bacup for us. Great selection, fair prices and a really friendly staff. Parking can be an issue, as they 're really popular in the evening.

Good takeaway and good food will deliver your order .your food is good but sometimes have a long wait as they are so busy

After trying many times to call through (constantly engaged), I managed to place an order at 18:30... told it'd be an hour and 15 minutes for delivery... An hour and 40 before it arrived. Food was not great either cold, hard chips. Don't bother with the spring rolls basically minced beef in gravy wrapped in pastry... weirdest take on a spring roll I've ever seen. Won't be ordering from there again. Poor.
