Nancy's Pizzeria - Roswell

Last night I ordered a pizza online and received a 6:09 pickup time. when I arrived at 6:09, they told me it was at least 30 minutes more. 40 minutes later I checked when it was ready, but I didn't answer. around 7:10 I asked again and was told it would be another 25 minutes because they never made my pizza. with my wife sitting in the car waiting for my children to stay until dinner, I got my pizza at 7:58. I understand short personal problems, but this is not an apology for what happened to me, and any other person who picked up a pizza last night. do not take orders if they can't fill them or just give realistic waiting times, so I don't wait 90 minutes and count past the original pick-up time. Don't lie to me and expect me to be satisfied with it. as a bonus when I came home, the pizza was hardly warm and the cheese was not melted.

After spending the day at Roswell Mills, I met up with friends at a restaurant. We began our meal with some wings as an appetizer, followed by ordering individual pizzas. The wings were delicious, and although the pizza took a little longer than we anticipated, it was worth the wait in terms of flavor. This was my first time trying Chicago-style pizza, and I am now a definite fan.

My pizza was so delicious! and not only was the pizza really delicious and well cooked, the customer service is from this world. the personal is literally incredible and so inviting from the time they come through the door! love it and will definitely be back! I drove 40 minutes to taste the deep dish and I was not disappointed!

My family and I ordered a half cheese pizza with half black olives and pepperoni, along with some cheese steaks. The cheese sticks were delicious, but the bread had no flavor. The cheese was incredibly hot and melted, which was a nice touch.

Great pizza, but its gotten expensive. Although the quality of the food remains the same (good), it seems that as of late they are having issues with the wait staff.We're regulars there so I hope they get things running smoothly again.Late last week, we ordered online before traveling to the restaurant (as it can take 30-60 minutes to get a pizza). When they brought us the pizza, they walked away immediately, never returned to take our drink order or anything. I finally walked up to the bar to get drinks. They never came back to ask about refills or if the pizza was okay... They did come back to deliver the bill, noticing the pizza wasn't finished they asked if we wanted a box (and they did bring us a box). But there wasn't a pen with the bill, so I had to go up to the counters to ask for a pen. It was a little annoying, funny, and distracting.
