Whitehill Fish - Rotherham

I have never seen fish so small at a restaurant before. Even the larger cod would not be enough to feed one person, and the mini cod would only be a single bite. Unfortunately, the portion sizes did not justify the high price, which was 4 pounds more than it should have been. It's misleading to describe such tiny portions as "large." Additionally, the other chip shop in Brinsworth has a poor hygiene rating. There is a noticeable lack of quality chip shops in Brinsworth.

What a joke this place has turned in too. he said chips would be 2 minutes when taking my money and then went on to take the ****. 20 min later he just stood there on his phone. and after the wait the chips were burnt and 4-5 bad ones in each bag. not be going again.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent and friendly, and we only had to wait less than 5 minutes for a large family order. We were very happy that we decided to stop here on our way home. Thank you Jezz for the recommendation, we definitely agree with your review. We were especially impressed by how affordable it is compared to restaurants back home!

The best fish and chips in Brinsworth! Tony is great to chat with, and the food is reasonably priced with fresh fish.

Great staff..service is only slow when it's very busy, but that's because it's cooked fresh. Prices are spot on for decent food..
