Friendly, patience, talkative and accommodating owner operator. The food are flavourful, and balanced. The cook their hot food with passion and love, presented nicely, with balanced flavours and texture. They also kind, friendly, and attentive to children. Although they don't have toilets for customer, there's a public toilets nearby.

Really inexpensive and delicious japanese meals made fast. This is a great spot for a quick lunch or to grab some food to go. Had the ramen and bento box. The ramen was surprisingly good considering that it is like a fast food place.

Foods are good, not too bad. Some foods are quite salty but totally good to try

The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Our 3 children agree they should move &Rice to Wellington.... we will definitely be coming back next time we are in Rotorua. (Or maybe we will come back to Rotorua just for the food!

Absolutely loved the food here! Tantanmen ramen was nice and spicy and the takoyaki fulfiled my cravings. Would definitely come back.
