Panera Bread - Round Lake Beach

This was my first time at this location. In the past I've gone to McHenry, Vernon Hills and Mundelein. I bought six bagels this morning and every one of them was at least a day old. To say they were stale is an understatement. It was difficult slicing them and our jaws hurt from the additional chewing we had to do. Between this experience and the locations that have closed their drive thru window I'm done with Panera.

This location is really circling the drain. Their latest change for the worse involves skimping on the quantity/quality of everything. Like, damn, if you are going to charge $7 for a smoothie, could I have the entire thing and not half a cup. Smh...

Got my bread wrong but no biggie she fixed it and I got a free 2nd sandwhich basically :

Seems like every time I order from this location, my order is never right. 1. sliced bagels cut crooked 2. missing items 3. wrong items received 4. they ran out of something I ordered online the night before pickup (they said I ordered too late). I THINK IT'S TIME TO FIND A NEW STORE!

This is one of my study-places. I can sit and read for hours in peace.
