Church's Texas Chicken - Round Rock

They stated that they closed at 10:00. I drove all the way there and arrived at 8:30, only to find the staff playing on their phones with the lights on. I'm left wondering if they were still open. It's disappointing to hear that they were closed. What a shame.

This is my third visit to this restaurant, and it's consistently disorganized. They're frequently out of items on the menu. However, the main issue is the man at the register—whether he's the cashier or manager, I'm not sure. He is incredibly rude, appears to be perpetually angry, and seems to dislike interacting with customers. It would be best if he were replaced. Thank you.

11:20am and they're not open. Guess they don't have employees? They need to pay more or close it down....
