Great American Cookies - Round Rock

Went shopping at the outlet malls and it was very cold, stopped inside the cookie place and was glad I did. I got some gingerbread and a cookie In the shape of a heart for someone I love. Also got some cookies for my moms birthday and a Santa clause cookie : . The workers were cool and was glad I stopped in.

I was worried that they might not be open during the pandemic but this location came through with amazing service! They let you order even a custom cake for very fast pickup, I ordered for the next day but I believe they have options even quicker than that! The curbside delivery was seamless— I pulled into an easy to find spot and it was brought out to me in under 2 minutes by a very sweet woman who I believe was named Jaye and they went out of their way to ensure it was contactless. The cake itself was awesome and a huge hit with the birthday girl, I absolutely loved Jaye’s take on my request to put germs on as a final touch haha (pic included below , she went above and beyond!! If you need a cookie cake this place should absolutely be your go to— the cake and service were definitely the bright spot in our day today. :

Great service. I forgot my cake and it was for a birthday. They added a '+1 ' to the birthday as a funny joke and didn 't even charge me for it. Will use again next year!
