Írjon visszajelzéstThe service was excellent, as always. I ordered the brat beef and tomatoes, but unfortunately, the ice machine was broken. I decided to forgo my craving for another sandwich. This location is conveniently close to my home, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
I ordered online, and the system automatically selected the Uni-Shop, where my three sandwiches totaled over $18. When I switched the pickup location to East Palm Valley, the price jumped to almost $27. I'm not sure if the increase is due to the university location being in a gas station, but either way, the prices are quite steep.
The customer service was professional, and the staff were attentive listeners. A special shoutout to Sakrao!
On June 24, I ordered the delivery for my son and me. My was Bratbeef and his was the cold cut combo. Both sandwiches were ordered with extra Mayo, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. We ordered the delivery because we stayed temporarily in a motel while I recovered from the operation. When our orders arrived, my son was there. But my bratbeef had absolutely no COs! Nothing. Only meat and vegetables. If I were home, I would have broken up and just added these spices from my own refrigerator, but since we're in a motel, we don't have anything. I called the store that made it, and the manager said they couldn't leave the store to bring me a new one, and the only way to get a new one that was made or even got a refund was to bring it to the store. I explained to her the situation and that I could not go (i.e. the reason for delivery first place) I asked for her supervisor's contact information and she refused to give it. My only way at this point was to go online on their contact page and submit a complaint that all stated above. I requested a refund. I also added the pictures and that was the exact answer for word I didn't even come back, but TWICE! I have placed the audio/video surveillance oil, vinegar, Mayo salt and pepper on the sandwich if it has not been made to your wishes, you can bring back the sandwich and the team will give it back for you in your preliminary knowledge. I appreciate your feedback and the time you needed to share your position. I'm sorry your last visit doesn't meet your expectations. I shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service. Thank you for being a loyal Subway customer and we are happy to serve you again in the future. It's a Subway. It's the experience you would expect at Subway. Everything was done perfectly. Thanks for the great meal!
