Why they don't let all people go inside to get the bread? It's hot outside, I have to wait almost 25 mins.
They do not honor coupon that I received via email and text!!! Professional staff and they do not welcome your business! Hi, I went to the Kee Wah in Rowland heights today at 5pm, I tried to buy three boxes of moon cakes and used the coupon code that I received via email AMT ZVA . The lady was very rude and said it only applied to one box of moon cake. I said the email said the maximum discount is $20 and I should be able to use this coupon code on my purchase. She just said no. I heard that she was still talking about me after I left the store with the store staff. It is very unprofessional and I feel unwelcome. I was just trying to buy mooncakes with the coupon code I received. But they just do not want to do my business or something. Please educate your staff on business etiquette and also please make sure the coupon code is valid before emailing it out to your customer. I have been the customer for more than ten years. Today 's experience is very disappointing. And please make sure not talking about your customer in Chinese and think that she doesn 't understand.
For this particular store, i would rate and give it 2 stars JUST because of the attitude and service they give you. There is nothing wrong with their food or bread. I would say they are average quality taste but i would come back on a regular basis for my breakfast. HOWEVER, the attitudes of the ladies there, oh my. Most if not all of the ladies that work there are in their 50s? They would help you but the way how they speak or talk would just give you a feeling that they want to do rush through whatever they do. When you ask them a few questions, they would start relying you in a way they want to finish the conversation very quick and move on OR feel like its a d question. I know they are kind of old but they feel like they dont give a shxt about their customers. MAYBE its their culture old asian generation people but thats not an excuse.
I usually don't write reviews about tea...HOWEVER, this is hands down the best honey lemon ice tea I have ever had. I know they are known for their bakery, but holy cow this is good!
