People who work there are the worst. Especially that fat asian dude with glasses.

I will never come back to this place. Ordered two drinks with one drink finished and sitting on the counter right from the beginning I walked in and the other one waiting forever to make. Asked a couple times and the servers ignored me and finally gave me the drinks when two parties behind me had gotten their drinks and gone. The ice melted all the way in one of the drinks when I finally got them. I would give a zero if it allows.

The workers here seem fed up and bored. They are not too friendly but the drinks at this place are so good. The tiramisu foam is amazing. I genuinely love it but they are a bit far from me so I don’t come often. Recently I’ve been here twice, a couple weeks apart but they were closed. It’s very frustrating when online it says they close at 9:30 but when I actually get here, they aren’t even open. The first time there was a note that said something like there were technical difficulties so they were closed and this second time there was no note. They were closed on a regular day about an hour and 15 mins early but no indication of that online.

I did great pick on Matcha Foam menu, got the one mixed with tea (special request with less sweet which is possible). And this one is nailed! There is little scope for scooping the matcha foam and this really adds value on this menu.The staff was attentive explaining some menus and show the ingredients!Many great unique variation to choose from on next visit!

I am so confused on why there are reviews about bad service and drinks with no flavor!My bf and I went in keeping in mind that a lot of people on yelp had bad experiences with service but still wanted to try the drinks. On a Friday night, there was one group in front of us and two workers. The menu is pretty simple but they have a lot of good options! I got the matcha cheese foam with boba and my boyfriend got the oolong tiramisu. The workers were so nice too and were patient! Also I wanted to note that they do have sweetness and ice adjustments! Some people on yelp mentioned they don't offer that but it seems like they do now : The drinks were so gooood. My matcha was super dark and thick, I loved it! The oolong tea tasted super roasted which was unique and good as well. The cheese foam had some sort of a funky taste but it was nothing too bad. Overall, it's a super cute place with good drinks!
