Great hot, crispy chicken! It was so good! Yummy fries and perfect okra! Customer service was also great. My new favorite chicken place

Their food is fresh ALWAYS and it's clean in there uncluding the bathroom. Everytime I go in there I get the SAME experience at the Chicken Express in Rowlett. Rolls,FRESH, and the Sweet ice tea!!! Omg,they better than McDonald's!!! sweet tea.I give this location 5 STARS

I’ve come back since my first visit, and I’m changing my review. After some time, I returned to give it another try. The chicken was hot, fresh, and served quickly. Once again today, it was fantastic. The place is modest, well-maintained, and welcoming. Kudos to the management for their improvements! Great job!

I have been visiting this restaurant for years and have tried many chicken spots over time. This one stands out as the best because they are quick, reliable, and provide excellent service. The fries are amazing, and the chicken is fantastic!

I had a great experience at Chicken Express tonight! I’m giving them 5 stars because when I placed my order, the young lady let me know it would take 8-10 minutes for the legs to be ready. That was perfect because I didn’t have to wait long at the window. The chicken smelled amazing and was served hot and fresh. Great job, Chicken Express!
