Smoothie King - Rowlett

Went through drive through around 10 am and they said they weren’t taking orders because they were unloading boxes, truck has made a deliveryI went back about 30 min later, ordered online so smoothie order would be correct, smoothie wasn’t blended, lumps of fruit and large pieces of ice. I order this exact same smoothie 2-3 times/week from different stores, it always tastes the same except for today-it was not good, I threw it away.I will keep going to smoothie king, just not this oneAdditional note: Thank you owner for responding, I would like to provide feedback but address below is not valid email address

I don't know if it's only me, but this is the first time I tried Smoothie King. Missed Jamba Juice in the west coast. Insane $10.50~ for a 32oz. What's worst was the next day, I had stomach problems for the entire day and had to use the restroom several times. I would not recommend this spot. I had the Mango something that wasn't on the regular menu.

The crew in there Is so awkward. They don’t greet you or say anything. They are talking to each other in the headsets. Just felt extremely awkward in there. Very weird energy

If I could give this zero stars i would. The sign said that they were open but no one was there. The number for this smoothie king doesn't even work so we can't call to ask where everyone is. This place sucks do not go here.

If I could give 0 stars I would The employees are rude And they always seem tobe closed or can't take orders rn Or they don't have the stuff to make the fruit bowls I've also straight up been told that's such a pain by one the the kids up there. And apparently today they can't take drive thru orders only online. Smoothie king I suggest you get new employees for this store bc they are all rude and never even seem like they wanna be at work
