Subway - Rowlett

The commercials are lies, they don't put so much meat on any of Thier Sandwiches. If I want a veggie sandwich, I order one. Burger Island has bigger and better sandwiches.

If the line is reasonable, they will bend back to please. But they often run out of the ingredients most frequently asked. No more Italian bread with cheese and herbs. These kids work hard! Parking: parts with Tom Thumb and others.

The worst employees in Rowlett. And this is also the worst underground shop in Rowlett, as long as my experience in this store concerns.as one of the workers with a broken English intimidation me and also others... they are not right or serve me as necessary, as they always have a negative look...

This subway is one of the worst I had. The 2 girls who make the food have settings and need customer service training. The sandwiches were sloppy and when you asked a question because you can't hear them want to speak in a whisper, they have attitude. There was an older man in front of me and they asked what he wanted, but he couldn't hear her nor could I! And the two girls just looked at themselves with rude faces. There was another lady who set up bread, and she was the one who said thank you and had a nice day, that was the only positive thing in this trip here. Will never come to this place again. We eat subway in Garland in front of Northwest Highway or Broadway 3 to 4 times a week and the staff and food is always ingenious I have never experienced anything from these places as today at this Rowlett site.

Can’t follow DoorDash instructions and I was missing items from my order. Really unsatisfied.
