What a fabulous festival we had at Café Terraza for lunch today. The flavors were amazing and you can absolutely taste how fresh the local ingredients used to make these special dishes. Shrimp kilawin (ceviché, native chicken adobo with achuete, seafood kare-kare, salmon abdominal sine (tamarind soup base, steamed crabs, crispy pata and fresh apple salad. The Sans Rival Desert paired with very strong coffee roast was the perfect way to finish the festival. Your house made cucumber juice, avocado shake and coconut shake were so refreshing you did not stop with just one sip as soon as it touches your lips. When in Roxas City, it is an absolute must to go here and enjoy regional cuisine.

Really delicious menu. The cottages offer a beautiful view of this hilly side. Come here. Very quiet location. Prices are really affordable. Halo Halo in this place is really delicious.

Amazing view. Had the bangsilog meal for breakfast. It was very tasty.
