Bruegger's Bagels - Royal Oak

Disappointing experience, staff was not engaged and took about 15 minutes to make a egg sandwich. Then proceed to make the food for a patron that came after us before they gave us ours.

I have been going to bruggers since I was young and today I went in with my husband cause I was dying for a bagel. Me and my husband stood at the counter getting ready to order and the cashiers did not greet us. We were looking for clean place to sit and the whole place looked dirty like they couldn’t be bothered to clean up.As we were leaving 2 older white gentlemen walked in and all of a sudden the cashiers were like “HI HOW ARE YOU DOING!?” This to me is so strange. Are some customers more important than others at bruggers? Is it not important to make all customer feel welcome? I guess not! It’s just not the same. Save your money. There’s better places to get bagels.

First time trying this place! My bagel sandwich and cheese hashbrowns were fresh and great! My husband and I both enjoyed our breakfast. Will definitely visit again..

Very delicious toasted salt bagel with butter. Indoor dining room was closed but that was ok since I ate in the car.

2 stars because the bagels are pretty good but everything else about this location is poor. Almost every time I come the line is incredibly slow and the workers seem understaffed. When you do get to order often times they’re out of many of the bagel flavors. Additionally there is no seating or restrooms available. Wish the owners would sell to someone else who has more appreciation for service and the customer experience.
