Café MUSE - Royal Oak

Dinner was delicious we were 1of 3 tables that night. Felt very rushed... waiter kept coming to to table asking us “are u ready to order.”. Never gave a chance to sit and talk without constantly rushing us!!! You could tell they just wanted to go home. Food was delicious and so was dessert!!!

The food was just okay. The plate the appetizer came out on was scorching hot but the food was luke warm. Clearly it wasn't freshly made but instead probably nuked in the microwave. The drinks and service were good. Not sure I would ever visit again because I wasn't wowed by anything about the place in particular. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Very enjoyable dining experience. The menu isn’t extensive but the choices were very good. Our party of 4 ordered the risotto, mac and cheese with short ribs, and the short ribs and everyone enjoyed their meals. Would definitely return.

Great meal as we sat outside watching the world go by. The risotto with crispy kale was divine as was the Cabernet we had with is. Their once extensive wine list has been trimmed to the bone (less than a dozen offerings) so not a wine destination per se, but good wine nonetheless.

Strangely and uncomfortably humid, our eyeglasses fogged and water glasses dripping condensation. Decor is tired and distracting from the essence of the comfortable food. Restaurant is divided into two parts, sit on side w bar if given the option: it appeared to be more modern, lively, and comfortable...the alternative is sponge painted, inconsistent lighting w aforementioned temp issue. Food was rich/delicious and called for more personal service and better ambiance.
