Mcdonald's - Royal Oak

I'm not one who can eat quickly. but the ordered food was fresh and hot. I will visit this place again. the staff was helpful and friendly.

There are two older whites ladies employed there are over charging customers for breakfast lunch and dinner claiming that what you order doesn't come in combos so there charging you for each item separately. They charged my niece $32.00 for 3 sausage and egg combo. Call corporate on them because there over charging not just her but everyone that don't know.

1.Store has no set schedule for hours. App shows open 24 hours. Google says 11pm. Basically it’s whenever the manager says closed.2. Ordered 1 hour and 30 minutes before close and apparently I’m the jerk for coming in right as they are closing way earlier than posted.3. Every manager Ive interacted with seems to be dead inside.4. I've been here several times, the crew here is rude and unprofessional. I once went in the young lady texting on her phone for 5 minutes gave me and attitude when I asked for my drinks will never go there again. The worst part is the manager watched her the whole time

The staff was nice and the food was hot. The chicken sandwich was good but I think it was a little fatty. But I'm glad you had the frozen coke really enjoyed that. Always the fries is STILL on top. ???
