Wingstop - Royal Oak

I tried to order from here and the rude lady who hung up the orders every time I was in the wait, and then doesn't say we don't hang on you. Apparently, they did every time. I only had cash so I could place a phone statement: workers have the worst attitude. The lady who took my order when I tried to place one when I arrived went on when I asked if she was going? Only online?. the service is such an absolute joke. So frustrating when you drive out to turn and with workers who are so unprofessional, especially the lady, the orders. One of the worst services I've ever had.

I always went to the wings. This is my first time at this point and it was very bad compared to the other shops. Customer service was terrible, the staff were very rude, waited in my car for an hour to get a text message (no got one) and find out that the food was already ready. I had two big pommes and got two little soggy pommes. The chickens were dry and hardly had a sauce. Would not recommend this place.

Nothing to write home about. Decided to get wings for the first and last time as I live 500 feet away. Extremely rude staff members. My husband went to pick up on our behalf and the guy just gave him dirty looks and a dismissive attitude at my name along with a bag of cold wings. Detroit Wing Company is 100 times better? better customer service, better wings, Michigan-based, and worth the drive.

First last time at Wing Stop. I ordered Wingstop combo online, website said they would text me when order was ready. I never received a text message that the order was ready as I?m sitting in the parking lot waiting and waiting. I went inside order was sitting there waiting. Wing Stops boneless wings resembles chicken nuggets with added flavor. No sauce could be detected on the wings the flavor is in the nugget breading. Nothing special to go back to. I ordered a combo with seasoned fries. The fries were seasoned with salt. Not sure how that is seasoned fries. Fast food fries have better flavor. I live a half mile from Wingstop and my fries were cold when I got home on a 90° day.

We made a dinner with a group of friends and we didn't get ten of our wings. In addition, they forgot Pommes and gave us a stance after they had ruined our order. Just reason I give him 2 stars because the food was fine
