Corner Cafe - Royersford

Amazing café! I was in town for the day and decided to give Lakeview Cafe a try, and I couldn't be happier! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. I chose to have brunch and ordered from the breakfast menu. I hope to return to the area soon to sample their lunch; I will definitely remember this place. Their outdoor patio is lovely and comfortable, with plenty of shade for those hot summer days!

I loved the Mexico City Omelette Special so much that I ordered it again! I really hope they consider adding it to the regular menu. The selection is fantastic, the flavors are excellent, and the value is unbeatable—all in a great atmosphere. It's an amazing spot! I'm so pleased to see new ownership at this wonderful location and can't wait to dine outside as well. It's definitely a top choice for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! UPDATE: Wow! It's been four years since my last review, and the owner's staff have done an incredible job, even during the pandemic. I'm truly impressed! It's a fantastic place for the local community, whether you're sitting inside or outside. I can't wait to come back and enjoy their fabulous patio menu. Great job, Lakeview!

We spent nearly two hours there in total. It took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive, 25 minutes to take our food order, and over 45 minutes for the food to be served. We had asked for one item to be prioritized as the person needed to leave for work, but even that took an additional 20 minutes. The cream chipped beef was unexpectedly sweet, which was off-putting, while the chocolate chip pancakes were the only redeeming part of the meal, though they are typically easy to get right. The owner or manager seemed unable to simply remove the missing items from our bill, choosing instead to apply a discount that reflected the equivalent amount. This left me wondering whether there was a lack of understanding of their system or if there was something else amiss. Perhaps the difficulties we faced were due to it being Father's Day, but regardless, this experience has made it clear that this is not a place I would choose to revisit.

Great place to stop for a lunch or ice cream. Food was terrific I loved the prices. The service was quick the waitstaff was extremely pleasant.
