Quick service. Order was perfect. Not sure what else you can ask for!

Not a Fan of Fast Food... but my local WacArnold's gives some service all the while smiling... C'MON FRAPPE!!

Absolute worst meal we have ever had. The burger was just slopped together and was cold. Also ordered a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich and got home and was not even the correct item. The roll is completely stale as well. We order from this location all the time but this will be the absolute last. I?ll drive the extra time and go to another location. The guy taking money didn?t even say two words. Stay away

Went to this McDonald's drive thru around 7:20pm on a Monday night. Not busy. There was only 1 car ahead of me. After placing my order, I pulled up, paid and sat for several minutes waiting for the car ahead of me to get their order. They were not asked to pull forward. Finally got their order, left, and I pulled up to the window and they verified my order. Sat another minute. Came back and said they're waiting on fries. Waited more. Finally got my order and drove home. Pulled the fries out of the bag and saw the half empty container in the picture. Checked the bag and nothing spilled out. I paid over $2 for that?!? Lots of room for improvement at this location.

I recently used a buy-one-get-one coupon and ordered two quarter-pound pork sandwiches with cheese, raw onion, and mayo. I was surprised to see a charge of 15 cents for the mayo. Is that really necessary? Who charges for mayo? I was quite frustrated. It's going to be a while before I return to McDonald's.
