Very well-kept and yet uncomplicated restaurant, excellent food

As a fellow citizen of Rüschlikon who actually lives less than 100 m away from this restaurant, I was in this restaurant at the very beginning when the tenant changed. I specifically sought contact with the new tenant to talk about the menu that appealed to me and I got so many strange answers, such as when I asked that the menu offered at the time definitely didn't offer me a single dish I really wanted to order straight away and it was said that the menu would be narrowed down even more anyway because there were far too many different dishes on this menu at the moment. Completely misunderstood and admittedly a bit disturbed, I immediately left the restaurant without ordering anything and have never been there since that time and have posted these statements wherever people would have wondered that they were actually talking to me in front of me I could meet at this restaurant right on the lake for lunch or dinner, but I always vehemently refused for the reason I just mentioned and experienced myself. Change of subject: I enjoy a little walk by the lake almost every day, if you can live here, and for more than nine months now, meaning several months, I've been walking past the light board for this restaurant every day, which looks as if it were the restaurant had been closed for 10 years! Namely, so dirty and dirty and covered with moss in various places. If I were to run this restaurant and every day I would inevitably walk past such a horribly dirty billboard (the actual business card of a restaurant) myself as a tenant when I arrive and when I go home, where the thing is still properly lit up and I am treated like that If I had to remind myself of a review after such a long time to clean this board that I see every day, I would be ashamed of myself! The fact that no one in the community has ever noticed this is about as bad and definitely no matter what perspective it is, absolutely incomprehensible and incomprehensible and anything but a showpiece for our community if the whole thing is so poorly maintained! Really shameful. But apparently not everyone sees it that way...

Very good one at a very good location at the lake of Zurich. Just they have too little parking spaces.

Absolut tolle Location und ansprechendes Menu. Jedoch waren wir sehr enttäuscht das nach dem erhalten des Café de Paris Rindsfillet wir leider feststellen mussten, dass das Fleisch nicht nach unseren Wünschen (Medium-rare gekocht wurde sondern offensichtlich praktisch roh serviert wurde. Kann mal passieren... Jedoch kriegten wir wie man es erwarten würde, vom Kellner keine Entschuldigung sondern ganz einfach den Kommentar das ist aber schon Medium rare (hat uns also sofort wiedersprochen und hat die von uns zur hälfte gegessenen Teller mitgenommen ganz ohne Entschuldigung. Auch wenn das seiner Meinung nach Medium Rare war, haben wir als Kunden trotzdem eine Entschuldigung (GRATIS!! doch hoffentlich verdient! Nachdem wir diesen Kommentar zum Essen gemacht haben, war der Service von dort an schlecht was wirklich sehr enttäuschend und nicht dem Niveau des Restaurants entspricht. Ich hoffe ihr könnt eurem Kellner Team etwas beibringen nämlich das eine Entschuldigung gratis ist und der Kunde die Priorität Nummer 1 ist. Sollte ja selbstverständlich sein in solch einem Restaurant.Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Zeit sich das ans Herzen zu nehmen.

Vor- und Hauptspeisen wie auch die Desserts waren sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr gastfreundlich, effizient und aufmerksam!
