Royal Shawarma - Rugby

Ordered a kebab from royal swarwama and in found a metal stitch in side. Now in the feel sick, Iodo going here.

This is the worst company ever to order food from the telephone as they cannot simply answer the phone when you call because they have some crappy machine

Ordered a takeaway from this joke of a place. It took 1hr and 15 minites to arrive. Half an hour later than they said it would take. The food they delivered was old, dry and burnt. I phoned up to complain and they said I should have called them to let them know it was running late , it's not there fault they are very busy. Then I said that's not the main problem the food is terrible. Then the man said next time phone up and ask for it not to be cooked as much. He told me I should have said on the phone I didn't want it cooked like this. This is donner meat I didn't realise they cooked it to order !! it's on a spit!!! As for the fries if there was going to be a next time , what there isn't would I say I would like my fries medium not cremated or burnt please . The man on the phone hung up. No offer to replace the crappy food just blamed me because I didn't specify I didn't want my food burnt.

This kebab was rubbish I couldn't eat it and had to throw it all away greasy, chewy, cold , flavorless

Used to order from here all the time. It seemed like when you became a regular customer the quality seriously dipped. The donner meat was like rubber , all dried up around the edges. It is a real shame because they were the best kebabs in Rugby by far.
