The staff's decision not to wear masks during the peak of the COVID pandemic demonstrates a lack of concern for their customers and community.

This is my first time trying out this chippy, and I was pleasantly surprised. My husband really enjoyed his kebab, while I opted for the donor wrap as I find the kebab to be too big for me. The meal was delicious and hot. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you.

Brilliant service offered, no other chip shop doing it, ingenious idea especially for people with no transport or older folk. Bought fish supper for Mum. Came hot and quickly, quality fresh fish and chips. Lovely. Thanks for making Mums birthday. Would definitely recommend and return.

We were intrigued by a banquet box we had seen on a Facebook takeaway page. I called ahead to place an order and the man on the phone said he would prepare it immediately. After driving from the other side of Rugby, I arrived to find the man doing nothing and no customers in the restaurant. This should have been a red flag. When I got the box home, I was disappointed. The items in the box did not match what was advertised in the video. The chips were old and brown, and the scallops were extremely greasy. The entire box was shiny and swimming in a pool of grease. While I don't expect a healthy meal from a fast food restaurant, this was unacceptable. It seemed as though the sauce was just a bucket of oil. It was a shocking experience.

We purchased a take away from here recently and were really pleased with the service, quality and value for money. This all changed with our recent visit. A random women sat at the back of the chippy prep area eating, people coming in handing over cash which was left on food preparation areas. Really poor service with some meals being prepped and bagged and then having to be put in the warm cabinet whilst we waited for more chips to complete the rest of the order, we all know a bagged up fish and chip meal put in the warm cabinet just all goes soggy. Then we got the food home and it was poor with dry flavourless chips to horrible soggy flavourless fish. I will not visit this chip shop again thank you, I will spend my money elsewhere.
