The Horns (rugeley)

After a day at Go Ape, we were thankful to find this pub and we are very pleased! The server greeted us, gave great recommendations, and we enjoyed drinks and snacks while waiting for our order. The interior of the pub was lovely, with a great atmosphere, but the standout was the friendly staff. We would definitely come back to this place (with a functioning car) and appreciated the delicious food options. Thank you!

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to order lunch even though the kitchen had closed for the evening. Despite arriving after 4pm, we found the food to be of good quality and satisfying. The chips were not well-cooked, but we understood as we had ordered after the kitchen had closed. The price of the beer was also reasonable, according to my father.

I recently stopped by for lunch at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. It took a long time for our meals to arrive, and when they did, the spicy bean burger was cold and the fish was greasy. The service was also poor. I will not be returning to this place and believe it is in need of a major improvement. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

Found this place by chance on a Saturday lunchtime. Comfortable inside but almost deserted. Terrace overlooks the car park and only one sunshade on a baking hot day. Friendly service. min (ish) wait for food which was a simple order in an empty pub. Sandwichs advertised as being on foccacia were on plain sliced white bread, in one case rather stale plain white bread. My son (who eats anything) left half his scampi saying it wasn't up to much). The beer was good, (Pedigree and Abbot). On the whole rather dissapointing, if in the area again would seek somewhere else.

Went on sunday table booked for starter came at Main meal came at people could not eat meal cold food.the staff seemed to have no idea about customer relations very poor service they did give a refund on the cold meals we still spent over pound will not be going there again.
