Wellingtons Bradmore - Rushcliffe

I had a fantastic Christmas meal at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent and the vegetarian and turkey dinners were beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend this place.

My husband and I went to Cherry Lane for lunch today. He ordered the Senior's haddock and chips, his usual choice. I opted for the Beef Pie with chips, peas, and red cabbage. I'm not sure why they serve red cabbage? The Beef Pie seemed to have been reheated in the microwave multiple times - the pastry was solid like concrete. The chips were okay, but the pie was a disappointment. I would have been embarrassed if I served it in that condition. Overall, poor service, which is unfortunate.

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. Despite clearly having my hands full with a baby and toddler as a grandparent, I received no assistance at all. When I asked for help, the attitude of the young lady serving me was absolutely unacceptable.

Waited twenty five minutes for a jacket potatoe for it to come out little bigger then a new potatoe, I will not bother again.

How can a cafe run out of chips? Had to re choose quickly and opted for bacon sandwich and the bacon was off smelt disgusting. Staff were not helpful. Not the front of house staff’s fault but they are the ones at the coal face.
