Little Caesars Pizza - Russell Springs

If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. I ordered three pizzas—two with garlic butter and Parmesan, and the one that I've ordered for the past two years. When we received the wrong order, the manager insisted that it was correct and that we didn't know what we were talking about. The pizza had regular butter instead of garlic butter. The manager suggested we return the old pizzas because it was a "political" issue, but they never offered any compensation for their mistakes.

We ordered the $6.00 pizzas and breadsticks, and they were truly disappointing. The crust is so thin and hard that it's nearly inedible. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've received a pizza like this. I'm really disappointed. I'd return it, but it’s a 15-minute drive from my house. I took another picture to show you just how thin the crust is—it’s about as thick as a quarter! That’s incredibly thin. It should be what they call the original crust, but it’s even smaller than the thin crust option.

They should pay more attention when taking orders, but the pizza was really good.

Showing 18.99 deal online, does not specifically say that you need to place order online.. either as I call and talk to two employees because I only have cash and would like to do the 18.99 special, they said we can get the code from online in, but once you get to the window, we will add a coupon code to change from 24 to 18.99. So I waited 30 minutes to cook pizza etc. then went through the ride. got to window and manager comes to window and says 24 dollars or something. I was like the girls on the phone said you'd all do a voucher for the special. She was like no manager and whoever told you, that's wrong. I was like I waited 30 minutes to say that and you can't do anything? No, she said while my stuff was behind her. So this place would rather lose money after he had made this food, then only help a customer who told the wrong information and was was was wasted for 30 minutes. Maybe hire someone who understands this, who could later say that employees could come up in future political questions. I guess that's too much to ask, but what do I know? Would give this place zero stars if I could explain why reviews are so low to be honest.

Pizza was not the worst, but in any case, this degree of taste and satisfaction was expected when you come to a little caesar. The service was fast and the staff was nice. Ask with pizza hat or another pizza compound if you can. But if you have no other choice, this location is child-friendly, you will have an optimal food experience and fast service.
