Pizza Hut - Russell

Had a really great dinner! They were late delivering some of the food (we barely noticed) and without prompting kindly comped the meal. Will gladly go back for great food and awesome service.

Michael was amazing! I wandered in while he was running the place solo and got 4 orders of breadsticks. He had them out to me in less than the quoted time, with the extra seasoning I'd requested. This man needs a raise!

Visited on 3/27/2023. Pizza was good. Salad bar was disgusting. Wilted lettuce mixed with fresh. Red peppers and green peppers so old, they were consistency of wet noodles. Pepsi was watered down. Whole restaurant was filthy. Salad bar sides were stained, floor looked as if it had not been swept for days. Tops of lamps were covered in dust. Vacuum, broom, cleaning supplies all out in full view. Will not be back! And this is my home town! Embarrassing!

Wish I could give no stars. Dirty plates. No employee hygiene. Asked for my stick sauce heated up. Server said they couldn't. I suggested to put it on a personal pan pan run it half way through the oven. (I've worked at a pizza hut for 10 years most of that time as a manager. Server said they couldn't do that cause it would melt the plastic cup. (TAKE IT OUT OF THE CUP PUT IT IN A PAN! Service sucked. Clean your pop nozzles it tasted horrible.

Everytime I call this place or order there is always something out of order today I call and ask for pasta and they don't even have that I've called numerous times for stuffed crust and they tell me everytime they are out of order. Place needs to be closed down for a real pizza place.
