Brister's Smokehouse Bbq - Ruston

GREAT Barbeque! We had every meat, but the chicken and everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The sides were very tasty and everything was packed so we didn't spill anything out of the way home.

Excellent Barbecue Place! I got the pulled pork barbecue sandwich and it was outstanding. Mac and Cheese was really good too and the service was much faster than I anticipated. Friendly service and I would definitely come again.

I thought Bristers was very good, the smoked flavor was very prominent and the meat was melt in your mouth tender. the BBQ sauce itself just did not stand out, it was good but did not have the zesty southern flavor that you expect down here. the sides were ok, enjoyed the potato salad and beans. all in all, a very pleasant dining experience.

Delicious! First time eating there. I ordered the nachos to-go since I was in Ruston for some quick business. Was very pleased and Brister's definitely holds up to their great reputation! We will definitely stop in again.

Tender brisket, pull (not fall) off-the-bone ribs, delicious baked beans, and spot-on sauce make this a BBQ spot worth the stop. Drop by, you definitely won't be disappointed!
