Sat at the bar. Bartender was busy but attentive. Loved my meal (eggplant parm). Will definitely be back

We used to go here for date nights. It’s not always perfect and I thought about giving a four-star review, but there’s no 4-and-3/4 rating. I love this place and its Italian feel. I grew up in Connecticut in an Italian neighborhood and the Palms would fit right in. The food is generally excellent, though, like I said, not always perfect. Here’s why I give it five stars: it’s one of the restaurants I miss in Rutland. I no longer live close to Rutland but it’s almost worth the two-hour drive each way. It’s a very solid spot and I think you’ll generally enjoy it. The pizza is always top-notch.
