Indulge Bar Restaurant - Rye

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I think the woman who was rude to us this morning could benefit from additional customer service training. After we chose not to dine here due to her unpleasant attitude, she made a sarcastic remark, implying that no one would want us when, in reality, the restaurant only allowed a limited number of people inside at a time. It was frustrating and unprofessional.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. We arrived with a group of 10 people and were told, quite rudely, that it was impossible to accommodate us at a single table. We mentioned that sitting at two tables would be fine, but the interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. After that encounter, we decided not to dine there. Fortunately, we found another place where the staff was welcoming and accommodating. They were happy to have us without any hassle.

The seaside view was awesome, we were blessed with beautiful weather. the food was delicious and the Canadian style pancake was yum, probably not an usual menu item found in most cafes within Victoria. parking was easy, there are mant spots right outside or just a few mins walk. relatively strong coffee in the area if you would like one on the way back to Melbourne

The staff and food were both great.It was a lovely day and we stayed outside getting the Vitamin D with a delicious breakfast.

Our friendly waitress was awesome and helpful for my lactose intolerant mate ! Lots of options and the service and food was amazing! Will be back
