Peninsula Pantry - Rye

This local café was bustling in the morning on the half-island. The atmosphere and food were excellent - the staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was quick and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves around us. It was heartwarming to see how comfortable my out-of-town guests felt. My family and friends were all satisfied with their orders. I would definitely recommend this place.

The dining experience was wonderful! I enjoyed a dense and delicious almond croissant and a ham, cheese, and tomato toastie. The coffee was also excellent, especially the piccolos which were beautifully strong. However, the customer service left something to be desired. It seemed like the employees were overwhelmed due to the busy atmosphere. Unfortunately, a simple request to heat up the croissant in the sandwich press was denied because they were freshly baked that morning. Additionally, I noticed several customers not wearing masks, and there was no enforcement of this policy.

Great cake and baked, friendly service, best vanilla slices everywhere. while this caffe is located in a residential area, it is known and often busy not miss.

Tastey Thai Sweet potatoes pie. Nice coffee. Rather crowded but it was a holiday weekend. Staff initially quite curt and stressed but chilled out as numbers decreased. Layout of this nice eating place does not lend itself to large numbers
