Emily and agostine were awesome, but Emily was the super star, professional, friendly, and cool,I love her,and great views thank
We came here on a Sunday around 2:30pm and it was not busy. Even with there only being a few people around there was limited seating with proper shade. The few tables with shade were occupied. One whole canopy was taken by 2 people sleeping. We ended up sitting in the sun and migrating to a shadier spot once a couple left.We ordered drinks and food. The drinks came out in a timely fashion, however, the food took a long time. We also did not see our server again once she brought us our drinks. We got 2 flat breads, chips with guacamole, and loaded tater tots. The food was ok but not my favorite. The tater tots were soggy. In order to pay we had to go up to the bar because nobody came up to help us check out. Personally I will not be going back the prices were too high for the service and food we received.
Edit: Review went from a 2 to 4 star because of Veronica. She is awesome!12oz cup of tea for $7+ ? I know inflation was high but I didn’t know it would be this bad!? Maybe they imported the water from the French Alps to boil my tea.I could get an artisan craft cup of coffee with latte art for that price. This is practically stealing…Moving onto the service. We arrived. It took our waitress an hour to place our order. She keeps disappearing and going on breaks. I have a two hour limit on my parking. Three service members then asked if we have been served or ordered. Our waitress thought we were only here to drink tea? Very clueless, but nice. She didn’t take the order for the table beside us and they were still waiting to order after 1.5 hours have passed. Food arrives after 2 hours of waiting. There is no option to adjust tip. It is already added. This is ridiculous. I would understand if they were busy, but they are over staffed and many tables are just sitting and waiting. I guess we’re all just here to enjoy the scenery and ambiance.BUT Veronica E. 5/5 stars. Stellar team member made our night MUCH better. Thank you and shout out to her!
I dined at this restaurant two months ago and recently needed an itemized receipt for reimbursement purposes. My experience in obtaining it was challenging, and I feel it's important to share my feedback.I called the restaurant to request the receipt and found the process to be more complicated than anticipated. While many other restaurants efficiently handle such requests, my interaction with the associate, Emily, was less than satisfactory.Emily initially agreed to send the receipt via email, but when I suggested text for quicker communication, she insisted on email being the best option. Despite providing my email address multiple times, she claimed not to have got it. Subsequently, she suggested using my cell phone number, assuring me that a supervisor would contact me to discuss the possibility of sending the receipt via text.Concerned about the inconsistency, I asked if providing my email address directly would suffice. Emily mentioned having to check with her supervisor about the policy, leading to confusion and delay.Upon involving my husband in the conversation, Emily changed her stance, stating that my accent was the reason for the difficulty and that she couldn't understand me. However, my husband provided my email address, and she assured us that the receipt would be sent. Unfortunately, it has not been received as promised.I believe that communication barriers should not hinder the provision of basic services, especially when the initial agreement was to use email. It was disappointing to encounter such difficulties, and I hope the restaurant can address these issues for future customers.
