Got pho take out from there. Great service and amazing food!

Such a great experience. Best pho in SD. The fried food is always crispy af. The veggies are always fresh and never wilted. The broth is always flavorful and piping hot.At times, the restaurant can get busy and the staff certainly wears multiple hats. Don't let this bug you or pull away from your experience overall experience. I've found it only adds to the fun and is a part of supporting a family owned, small business.The boss lady who is in charge is a great host and always makes sure her guests are taken care of. I haven't found a better pho place in the US.

Pho Minh is an acclaimed local Vietnamese joint known for its terrific southern and central vietnamese fare. Beyond its excellent pho (perfectly flavored champagne clear broth with the tenderest beef imaginable, comparable to the best pho joints in Hanoi , its mi quang is a standout: here we have turmeric noodles cooked al dente in a rich bone broth, topped with a smorgasbord of toppings- freshly roast pork, pearl onions, banana blossoms, shrimp crackers, sprouts and mints, fresh peppers, quail eggs, giant red shrimp with the peel on, and of course roasted nuts to finish it off with a crunch. This dish is truly a spectacular feast of visuals, smells, flavors and textures ?

Amazing Pho and the people there all have a great attitude and are very friendly. They let us come in a few minutes after they closed and served us like we were park of the family.
