Tried a Crunchwrap made with the Cantina chicken instead of beef!

I came on April 9th 2024. On a Tuesday.They make sure they give u enough ingredients and are not stingy with it. They make u actually taste the flavor of the food. My order was hot as well. Great customer service. Great job overall. I wanna to give appreciation to Lauren R and the African American Girl there in the drive thru. They were the best great attitudes and made me wanna come back everytime. The person who was making the food sold me. They made the food look like the pictures and taste wonderful. This was the best Taco Bell I ever been to. I will be back everytime I come to Port NechesVegetarian options: Vegetables and beans.

Food wrong every time I go. Closed an hour early when I came.

NOT ENOUGH MEAT pause… but seriously I don’t like reviewing fast food chain restaurants because they are all the same but out of all the tacos bells I’ve never gotten 3 lettuce Doritos locos tacos I never saw such a small amount of meat added to a item the amount of meat in all 3 of these was the same amount as one that’s properly made which is crazy only good part was the shell not worth the price for it very disappointing

Food and service is horrible! Management is absolutely deplorable! I spent $68 on food, everything was wrong, and the main burrito wasn't even there! Called back to talk to a manager, the manager immediately got defensive, said it was all correct that he made it himself, then lied and said the missing burrito was asked to be taken off at the window... ok then why did I still pay for it? He kept over talking and yelling at me! I finally had to raise my voice and tell him if you would listen and let me explain, he then hung up! I called back multiple times till he finally picked up the phone again! If I had to choose between getting beat by a bat and ordering here again... I'd choose the beating, save yourself the time and money, just don't do it!
