Kfc - Saco

Worst meal ever and then tried to call they don't answer or return message it was so bad biscuit was so hard and was like skin was peeled off I used to work there. We would never do what they do now

Not worth visiting, lobby is never open, when we went last 3 times card systems were down, service by most of the employees is abysmal and 99% of the time our food is completely and entirely wrong. Hell we had one incident where they literally put no meatin any of our taco bell food, and only gave us half a box of fries, (large box, was CLEARLY underfilled) better to take the tripup to the scarborough location

This is what you get when you order a "Large" serving of mashed potatoes for around $5. Are times that tough that they're charging so much for just a scoop of potatoes? I went out of my way to get some because my daughter enjoys their potatoes and gravy, but she was really disappointed that there was barely enough for one person. I won't be doing this again.

My company placed a large online order for 30 pieces of chicken and some sides, but we received a call from the store stating they don't accept orders of that size. They instructed us to cancel the order online, but there was no option to do so unless you have a KFC account. I called the store again and was met with a rude response from the woman who answered. After asking to speak to a manager, I eventually got the customer service number. The entire situation was very frustrating. Just a couple of weeks ago, I had ordered a famous bowl from this location and it was disappointing—almost entirely mashed potatoes, only a few pieces of chicken, and what appeared to be just a tiny bit of shredded cheese, with no corn at all. I would recommend avoiding this KFC; the service is terrible and the food quality leaves much to be desired.

The food is delicious, though the extra crispy option can sometimes be a bit much. The drive-thru is the only service available unless you place an online order in advance, in which case you can go inside. The dining room has not reopened since the COVID-19 pandemic.
