Frosty Queen - Sacramento

The food I've tried so far has been quite good, including their hot wings, fries, and deep-fried burritos that remind me of the burritos you'd find at a state fair! The shakes are delicious as well, and they taste like they’re made with real fruit!

The chili dog was served cold and lacked flavor, while the fish and chips were bland and tasteless, despite being accompanied by ketchup and a vinegar-based sauce. The milkshake was decent but had too many nuts mixed in, and overall, it didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and when I mentioned this, the staff members were quite rude. They seemed upset when I explained I was providing feedback on my experience. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Would you like to have a delicious, large shake or some Frosty/ice cream? The line is often long because everyone tends to order a shake—they're that popular! Plus, they’re environmentally conscious, so it's worth your time to visit instead of going to Wendy's. The portion sizes are generous for the price; I couldn’t even finish my medium-sized order!

Fries are good. Orders take a really long time, employees aren't very friendly. Drink station looked like someone started to clean it and never finished, chemicals left out, mats hanging on the rail in the dining area, all the chairs were on the tables even though they were offering dine in. The bathroom is ATROCIOUS. I wouldn't have ordered at all if I'd seen the bathroom first. Several customers complained about service times while I was there and there were no communications from staff for long wait times when we ordered or apologies that it was taking so long. Over all I won't be eating here again, I can't speak for the kitchen but the rest of the restaurant was dirty and not ready for customers.

Can't believe how bad the service here was. Was asked to wait in the drive thru and was forgot about until I backed out and went inside and nobody even acknowledged that I existed. I had to ask them if they knew we were standing here for 10min without anyone looking at us. Will never return. They had great food at one point but now below standard on all ends. They didn't even care that we were upset with the situation and that they would be losing customers. Seems like that is business as usual. They definitely do not deserve my hard earned dollar.
