Kfc - Sacramento

Honestly, the worst experience I 've had at a KFC. No crispy chicken, they stopped making it , needed EXACT change for cash, petty attitudes, and when we went to a nearby KFC instead, found our meal was 4.45 cheaper... why were we getting charged thatextra 4.45? We ordered the exact same items. They had crispy chicken, no issues with change, and had a long, but quick line.This KFC location needs new staff.

Wow! LOTS of negative reviews. My complaint is not so bad. Got my 9 pc. meal from the drive thru. Order was complete however they skimped out on the essentials. No forks or sporks no napkins either. Where do they get off selling fried chickens withoutnapkins? What bummed me out the most though was no butter no honey. KFC chicken has always been mediocre and the biscuits withthe butter and honey are always the first down the hatch. Our house butter was cold and unspreadable so by the time we gotaround to them the biscuits were cold, hard, and no longer worth the effort. All these bad reviews and mine would have beenpositive but you failed the BASICS. I recommend you GET OFF THE ROAD!

I went through the drive-thru at 9:20 PM, and instead of informing us that the food was old and that they wouldn't be making anything fresh before closing in 40 minutes, they let us place our order. We ended up being served food that had been sitting around for who knows how long. When I called back at 9:44 PM, the staff member said, "Sorry, we are closed," even though Google states that they close at 10:00 PM. I highly recommend going to another KFC; the service and food quality here are terrible. I plan to return tomorrow for a refund. What a joke!

It’s quite frustrating to arrive at this location less than half an hour before closing and find that some food items are no longer available. This seems to be an issue specific to the West Sacramento branch. However, I want to give a shout-out to the location at 12th Street and Sutterville Road—they were more than happy to prepare whatever I wanted with just a 15-minute notice!

The interior is quite unkempt, with crumbs on most tables and chairs and some litter on the floor. Employees often sit at tables using their phones until a customer arrives. While they're not outright rude, the service lacks warmth and friendliness. It feels as though the staff is somewhat annoyed by the presence of customers.
