Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Sacramento

TIME:8:25PM I ordered a 8 piece, 2 apple turnovers and two large drinks. I get to the window he tells me 5 minutes for the apple turnovers and asked me to pull in the parking lot and he will bring them to me. 8:30, 8:40...I then see him AND the cook take atray of food and sit down and start eating. 8:50, 8:55 I go and bang on the door, the cook comes and opened the door with outsaying one word, neither did the guy who took my order. I start yelling hello hello anyone here? Another cook and a "manager "comes out the back. My food isn 't packed, my drinks arent poured and she doesn 't even know what I ordered. She asked me twicewhat did I order. Lesson learned I won 't return to this KFC by Kaiser off of Mack Rd again.

The service is getting better the wait time for food takes to long I deliver food sometimes I site there a good 30 min that's at least 1 more delivery. The floors are very sticky. Lots of dine in tables there's dead flys in the light closer to register theyreally need to hire people who will not only run the food but who can clean ???? ordered the apple turn overs there bomb.

I’m here at 7:00 PM, and I can’t believe I’m the only customer at this location. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my food, but they’re asking me to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes! I'm really confused about what the staff is doing. It’s disappointing to see such poor management at KFC.

I had to wait for the original recipe chicken for my 12-piece meal. When I got home and opened the box, I found that the chicken was over-fried and greasy, with very little skin on it. Normally, KFC's chicken is crunchy and delicious, but I really didn’t enjoy this meal.

The interior was closed, so I ordered a breast and wing but received a thigh and leg instead. I also didn't get a receipt in my bag, so I'm unsure about what I was charged. Additionally, the mashed potatoes tasted awful and made me feel unwell. Unfortunately, I couldn't return because I had already gone back to work before I realized how disappointing the meal was. I am extremely dissatisfied.
