Shalimar Grill - Sacramento

Shalimar Grill food is better than Shalimar Restaurant. Chicken Shish Kabob feels like eating rubber band needs improvement. Chicken leg is delicious and green chutney definitely makes taste it better.

Shalimar Grill is the best Indo-Pak restaurant in Sacramento. Great great great food quality. Super excellent service. Chef Sajad is the best. Jawad Haider beat the excellence in service and guest care. We will come to this place at every opportunity to eat outside. It’s a great place for dine in, small parties for about 150-180 people, and they do have a great catering menu at affordable rates.Thank you The Shalimar Team!

Placed an order through their Doordash link, arrived on time for pickup. At the restaurant I was told they never received my order and asked me to cancel my online order and order there instead. Didn 't let me know that their in-restaurant prices were nearly double what they have listed on their online menu and Doordash. When I told the attendant she should find whoever is in charge of their online pricing and have it corrected, she responded with that 's not my job . Won 't be returning here or placing any more online orders.

Never respond on the call to place and order and when you place an order at restaurant it’s always late. Disappointed !!

Shalimar is great! It’s one of our go tos, we decided to check out the Sacramento location and we’re so glad we did! We ordered the garlic naan, karahi gosht, butter chicken, tandoori chicken and goat biriyani! Each dish tasted very authentic, good proportions, flavorful and delicious!!
