Taco Bell - Sacramento

Extremely rude staff and they always forget something and make my order wrong. I was in the drive thru and they told me I needed to wait 30 minutes for fresh food or I can go on about my day in a very rude manner. I hope they understand I went there becauseTaco Bell is FAST FOOD not some type of high end diner like the way she was talking to me.

Two middle aged women employees were extremely rude. They made rude, sarcastic and extremely disrespectful comments in their language which I happen to understand. The two women acted extremely rude, they did not call out order numbers or names. Theyexpected customers to guess their orders. I will not be returning to this location. I never leave reviews but this time I hadto. The older women were terrible. I felt bad for the younger employees.

The food was fresh and of good quality. The drive-thru employee provided excellent service!

The employees seemed to be having a discussion among themselves in front of the customers, which felt unprofessional. They should keep their conversations private. Aside from that, the service was quite good.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru last night. They got my order wrong, and the manager was rude, as if it were my fault. I was also charged extra for someone else's mistake. Instead of giving me a refund, she handed me a large drink that I didn't even want as compensation. I rarely give one-star reviews and wish I could give zero stars. To top it off, the food made me feel unwell for 24 hours straight. I will definitely not be returning to this location or any Taco Bell for a long time.
