Taco Bell - Sacramento

This place used to be awesome but not anymore. Last time I ordered 4 bean burritos with no onions for the kids using the app. Thought it would be accurate when using the app. Went for a pickup via the drive thru, got home, and discovered onions on allthe burritos and also no napkins in the bag. The bean burritos them selves were very small, like half the weight they arerequired to serve. I can say they have been scrimping on the serving portions for a while now. Barely any toppings over thenacho Bell grandes, I still see chips guys. Also, where are my sporks, and hot sauces that I nicely asked for? Some times it's ahit or miss, and mostly just a miss. Most people including myself go to the Gerber road location now. I only use this locationin case of emergencies as I now expect to get less. I have friends from different places that complain about the food rationingand miss communicated orders. Got a three score for location and being expensive.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our orders are consistently incorrect, and it feels like there's always something wrong. Either they don’t hear us properly, or they lack experience in preparing food. I ordered a vegetarian crunchwrap with beans instead of meat, and I received chicken instead. This has happened multiple times. When I called the manager, he was kind and listened to my complaints, offering a refund and to remake our order. However, I was very upset since I am a vegetarian. They really need to train their staff to listen carefully on headsets, take accurate orders, and deliver the correct food.

October 2, 2022. The drive-thru lane was extremely dirty. The employees were just standing around chatting instead of working. They also got my order and drinks wrong. The inside dining area needs proper sanitation of the tables.

I hadn't visited Taco Bell in quite some time, but I decided to give it another try tonight. Big mistake! My order was incorrect, forcing me to return after getting home. On top of that, all the taco shells were crushed. They're thinner than rice paper! It feels like you're paying more for less these days. That's clearly the motto of the industry now. I definitely won’t be going back!

I usually visit this restaurant because it's conveniently located near my home. Occasionally, the line can get quite long, but they manage to serve customers quickly. I haven't been inside, so I can't provide any comments on the interior, but it always looks well-maintained and clean from the outside.
