Wendy's - Sacramento

I love Wendy's and most locations are great but skip this location. When going through the drivethru most food is luke warm at best. The fries are usually that reheated texture and barely warm. There's another Wendy's a bit further down Watt try thatone. I have been to this location 4 times in Summer 2021 and each time had this experience so I know it's not a one off. If thefood quality improved I'd be happy to try the location again and change my review. I've been back late 2022 and the service wasfaster this time and the mobile ordering seems to be fixed and working. The food quality was also in line with other Wendy'slocations now.

Food is good, homeless begging g for money at drive thru area isn't. Some are OK, others are aggressive. Sorry Wendy's. Your food's good but not worth the trouble of crazy homeless DEMANDING you give them money.

When comparing the Pretzel Burger and the Pretzel Chicken, I found the price difference to be minimal. However, if you add the combo option to both, the price difference becomes significantly larger than just the cost of the burger alone. It simply doesn't make sense.

Once again, I’m reminded why I avoid this location. They often do not accept cash, which is inconvenient. Today, they were out of lettuce, and it’s not the first time they’ve been low on ingredients. Additionally, they frequently get special requests wrong, such as forgetting to leave out the cheese. To top it off, the prices do not reflect the quality of the food.

I ordered a meal and the only contents of the bag were a meat patty and two pieces of bacon. To make matters worse, there was hair and dirt on it, as if it had been picked up off the floor. I attempted to reach out to your team to address the issue, but I only received a refund of $2.00, despite my meal costing over $30. Do you really think $2.00 compensates for such an unacceptable service? That's disappointing.
