TGI FRIDAYS - Saginaw

Horrible service and mediocre food. Went on a Saturday night at dinner time so I did expect it to be busy and have to wait a little bit but not at as long

We arrived here after the early morning rush but before the night rushThe place was maybe 1/4 full.

The server was very pleasant, however, the chicken was overdone and had to be sent back, only to come out overdone again. The manager should have taken care of the situation. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.

It had been a while since I last went to a TGI Fridays, but I chose to dine at this one because I didn't want to look for another restaurant and it's conveniently close to my hotel.

The waiter was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and had to be returned, but it came back overcooked again. The manager did not come to address the problem. This experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.
