Írjon visszajelzéstCame to 41S for the first time. I was a local when it was Swans Landing years ago. We came to celebrate our anniversary hoping to sit out on the beautiful deck overlooking the majestic moutains and LPO. We didnt make reservation but were able to get bar seating immediately but not outside as we hoped. Staff was friendly and attentive. Wine list was good varitey of euro, cali, ore and Wa. (I am partial to Wa wines so would like to see more of them featured) but not a deal breaker. Hubby had a local brew. Food was good, although hubby's filet mignon was a little overcooked. If we are going to spend MP on meat/fish we do have a higher expectation on the made to order. Would still go back to give another try. The views and the lake are worth it. The Lodge Hotel sits right next door. We sat on the docks after dessert and watched the sunset it was a good pick for celebration. Pros- menu Great views Deck seating Good wine list Good dessert Cons- some items pricey for budget spenders If you dont make reservations or have a bigger group you might be waiting awhile for outdoor seating Give 41S a try!
Wow the clerk at the hotel recommended this place as a not to miss experience and he was right! We were seated right before sunset, right at the edge of the patio overlooking the lake. We tried their two huckleberry infused cocktails both delicious! We had a late lunch and didn 't want to order much, but the menu was fabulous. We tried their smoked trout appetizer, served with crisp cucumber slices and thin lavosh. Seasoned with crispy capers and lemon zest, it was a delight! The wedge salad featured the local Lighthouse blue cheese, and the bread was yummy as well. We decided to split the Ribeye steak, and they were gracious to split it for us for a slight upcharge that gave us each full sides of asparagus and potatoes. The asparagus was grilled perfectly, and the potatoes were mashed with the skins. The one thing we were disappointed with was the massive amount of pepper on the steak. We both like pepper, but this was too much. The exterior of the steak was not charred as you would expect. We really wanted to order dessert because they looked fabulous but we were just too full. Overall, fabulous service by Abby and the team excellent ambiance and views.
Premier lakeside deck location! Food and menu is excellent, bar whips up some tasty drinks. This is one of the top restaurants in the Sandpoint area and you should expect great service and a very fine dining experience here. Definitely get reservations well in advance if you want a table on the deck on any summer weekend!!!
We stopped in on our way home after a hike, for a drink. Dallas was our server, who makes a mean dirty martini as well as a virgin margarita for the little one. We had wings and french fries. Not the weird sweet potato fries that weird people eat, but actual fries made from actual potatoes. The protection of the windows offered a fantastic view of the storm that blew in instantly over the lake. Come here and give it a try!
Good luck trying to make reservations for a group. I 've been here several times and thought it would be a great place to take family that were coming in town for the first time. I called to set up a reservation for a birthday dinner and was told that they cannot sit that many people (8 Adults, 2 Kids) on a Saturday because they don 't have the space. I 've eaten there many times (some actually IN a large dinner party) and know that not to be true. I asked if there was an event going on, and she said 'no '. I asked if the reservations were fully booked, and she said No, It 's just that Saturdays are busy so we don 't have space for a party that large. Having worked in hospitality for many years, I 'm really surprised to hear that this restaurant would turn away repeat customers that are looking to entertain out of town guests for a special occasion just because Saturday 's are busy. I emailed the reservation desk to see if maybe I just got someone young and new that just started working there, and even then so, not a single reply. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure my friends do too
