Welcome and commercial, of choice but without too many quantities that remain normal in a village like the Saillans where you avoid waste (to meet people). Personally, I find that it is at home that we find the best Galette of kings, good frangipane, crunchy pate and artisanal aesthetic there is nothing ... to you to taste!
The bread is excellent and varied, the winch at the top
