Arby's - Saint Albans

Staff are always nice and friendly and food is top-notch love it

The service was just ok. the people who commanded were just a little too direct with me. I don't expect someone to have a conversation with me, but at least be warm.

All we ordered was old. Taste like he was sitting all afternoon. Very disappointed and I should add that this is our first and last time at an arby.

I tried the chicken club packing it was awesome i wld definitely get it again

Just a forewarning, this location closes at 9 pm everyday. This is despite the hours posted on the door and on the website stating it closes at 10:30 pm. I arrived at 9:15 pm and the store was blacked out. A walking employee of taco bell (down the street) saw me and told me they are notorious for closing earlier than 9, so get there early. Despite this, the customer service is pretty good, the inside of the restaurant is usual pretty clean and the food is good.
