Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine

I'm not a fast food enthusiast but McDonald's is efficient and a good price performer. Probably one of the best for what they do. I only went because they serve breakfast all day. I don't eat beef or fried food so breakfast is a good choice for me. We only went thru take out and the staff were very efficient and pleasant.

We came right before closing so we understood only fried foods were available. We ordered 4 6 piece chicken nuggets which was all they had left, 2 fries, a Mic chicken and 2 drinks. When we got to the window to pay the cashier rattled off everything except our nuggets.. We had to get a manager because apparently since we added a MC chicken because there were no more nuggets he took that as we wanted to cancel our nugget order and just get 1 sandwich....for 3 people in the vehicle!!! Come on guys I know it's 10pm on Friday and you have so many plans on your brain....the manager was very nice and we had to wait for fresh nuggets but glad we didn't have to divide 1 sandwich 3 ways!! A little common sense could have avoided this post. The nice manager is the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars!

I asked the manager to fill up my fry box and he said he would. Then saw him halfway fill the container with fries... very sad?!!! I like McDonald?s but the customer service is not like it once was.... It?s more like a ?you get what you get, so don?t complain.

Got a 40 pces nugget and they were good... so we decided to try the Bacon cheese fries tasty however, the were very light on the cheese part.
